Feel the benefits of exercising outdoors with personal trainer Suzanne Maynard! Each week is different from the previous to maintain variety, motivation and to get results. Exercises are selected to improve mental health, cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and tone while burning calories.
Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, this supportive and effective outdoor fitness class is designed to deliver results while having fun.
Socially distant and bodyweight exercises only, no equipment, to reduce the risk of spreading COVID 19. No need to wear a mask. Please bring a mat and water bottle.
About the teacher
Our classes are run by Suzanne Maynard, a qualified and knowledgeable personal trainer. Her classes are a place to meet others while staying active or safely returning to exercise. Please let Suzanne know beforehand if you have any injuries.

£10 drop in or £36 for 4 classes. Choose a single class or discounted block of four.

Keeping Everyone Safe
Our class has small group sizes to allow for social distancing. Socially distant and bodyweight exercises only, no equipment, to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. No need to wear a mask. However, please read the following:
In order to take part in any fitness classes you will be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) which you will be sent by email prior to the class.
Everyone takes part at their own risk and although following the strict H&S standards and rules minimises these risks, they cannot be completely eliminated.
CORONAVIRUS RULES, REGULATIONS & GUIDANCE
Please do not attend classes on site if you, or someone you live with, has within the last 14 days had:
• a high temperature
• a new, continuous cough
• a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
• any cold/flu like symptoms
• felt unwell
• recently travelled outside of Scotland (including UK countries)
It is extremely important that we all remain diligent in protecting the spread of the virus, particularly for vulnerable populations.
