Shipping policy
Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process your order before shipping. Most orders are sent the next day.
Please note that delivery time for UK orders is currently 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer.
Out of Stock
Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in contact immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.
If you live in the UK you have two different delivery options:
- Standard delivery £3.95 - delivered within 3-5 working days.
- First Class delivery £4.95 - delivered within 1-2 working days.
- Free standard shipping if you spent over £100 which is generated automatically at checkout
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail using a tracked service.
If you do miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.
