The Studio sits in the eaves of our gorgeous stableyard, with views out to the beautiful nature surrounding us in Dalkeith Country Park. This the perfect backdrop to our varied programme of Wellbeing classes, which all have a focus on health through wellness of spirit, mind and body. Our expert teachers will help you step off the world for that one vital moment to escape the crazy of the modern world. Enjoy yoga classes, Pilates, PT in the Park  as well as one-off focused wellbeing workshops. Whether you’re searching for yoga for beginners, Pilates classes near you or one to one personal fitness training, you’re sure to find a class to suit your needs.

Our new programme of yoga classes, Pilates, mindfulness and fitness will start on the 10th January 2022 and classes are now open for booking. Our programme includes one to one PT in the Park with Suzanne Maynard. Suzanne tailors her PT sessions to your goals & lifestyle and provides the support and motivation to keep you on track! Nutritional support and advice is also included. Coaching is available 1:1 or as a small group on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings as well as Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.  To Book a PT in the Park session please visit MindBody and select ‘appointments’.
