Restoration is at the heart of our mission

Restoration Yard doesn’t just refer to our renovating and renewing the lovely old buildings here – we passionately believe in restoration of self too. And we know this means different things to different people. It could be a walk in the beautiful woodland here in the park, retail therapy, a coffee and cake with a good friend. At Restoration Yard wellbeing underpins everything we do and we’ve created spaces specially for it.

Our Wellbeing Lab is a welcoming space hosting everything from yoga and Pilates to mindfulness and parent/baby classes. We host learning workshops, art-making crafternoons and offer one-to-one therapies in The Sanctuary, also based here in the park. Read on to find out more. The Wellbeing Lab

Our Wellbeing Lab is a beautiful space for our full programme of classes including fitness through yoga and Pilates to mindfulness moments as well as parent & baby sensory classes. It’s also the perfect place to enjoy learning workshops.

The Sanctuary

Need a little more in-depth self-care? Enjoy one-to-one harmonizing coaching, massage, reflexology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in The Sanctuary. This tranquil treatment room is located in the estate’s old Laundry House. Change your life. Learn to breath, move, focus on the present and accept what we cannot change.
