Please allow up to 2 working days for us to process your order before shipping. Most orders are sent the next day.

Please note that delivery time for UK orders is currently 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. 

Out of Stock

Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in contact immediately to either offer a
full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.

If you live in the UK you have two different delivery options:

• Standard delivery £3.95 - delivered within 3-5 working days.
• First Class delivery £4.95 - delivered within 1-2 working days.
• Free standard shipping if you spent over £100 which is generated automatically at checkout

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail using a tracked service. 

If you do miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.

Returns

Changed your mind or not what you expected?

If you are dissatisfied with your items, we will gladly offer a
refund or exchange for any item in a saleable condition. Please ensure
to return items within 30 days, or notify us within the same period if you plan to send them back. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.

Please note that earrings and grooming products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Online purchases should be posted back to our store, along with a note including order number, your name, reason for return and if you would prefer a refund, exchange or credit. Restoration Yard is not responsible for returns that we have not received, we recommend posting the item back to us using a tracked and signed service.

Received the wrong item, or your item has a fault?

If you have received a faulty item or wrong item please get in touch within 30 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
