Tuff Mumma’s Postnatal +

Tuesdays, 10am - 11am

No childcare, no problem! Tuff Mumma’s classes are child friendly. Suitable from one year + postnatal, Tuff Mumma’s classes are designed to support your postnatal recovery as you return to exercise. The class combines cardio and strength training, with a focus on core and pelvic health - building strong from the inside. This is an outdoor fitness class, held in Fort Douglas.

Please note: babies and children are welcome to cheer you on but do not take part in the class and their safety remains your responsibility throughout. You are actively encouraged to stop exercising and go to them at any point during the class if they need you.

About the teacher

Suzanne Maynard is our inhouse Personal Trainer, as well as a qualified and knowledgeable pre and post-natal coach. Her classes are a place to meet others at a similar stage in life, while staying active or safely returning to exercise.
There will be a screening form required before participating in this class.

Keeping you safe

We have implemented the following measures to help keep our customers and colleagues safe at this time:

If you are unwell, please stay at home.
Maximum of 8 participants in the Wellbeing Lab.
There will be no equipment provided therefore please bring your own sanitised mat.
Please wear your mask until you are in position on your mat.
There is a hand sanitiser station to use before you are in position on your mat. 
Please come dressed for the class. There are currently no changing or shower facilities. 
Please keep personal belongings to an absolute minimum and refrain from bringing bags if you can.
There will be a one-way system in place.
