Jen is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and coach who has worked for many years as a complementary therapist in palliative care and with children with special needs and their carers.
She discovered Mindfulness in her late 20’s as a means to manage chronic pain, and now enjoys bringing this mindful and compassion focused approach into her therapeutic work with clients. Qualified as both an individual and group therapist, Jen also manages our Wellbeing Lab here at Restoration Yard.

Jen will lead participants in a lifestyle assessment and offer gentle lifestyle changes to help them discover their soul’s purpose, rekindle their zest for life and find clarity and confidence. Jen Wood was the first to qualify as a Harmonizing coach in Scotland after receiving expert training from the creator of the Harmonizing Process, Dawn Breslin. Those looking to de-stress can also book an hour-long Harmonizing massage – a holistic technique that balances the body, mind and spirit.
