Our new range of BBQ Jams were designed to be used as a condiment or a last minute glaze while adding some glorious flavours. The most noteworthy aspect of these jams is the incorporation of the range of chilli flavours in addition to complimenting specific meats. Initial ideas were developed in our kitchen and then referred to the best Chilli Jam man in our area to develop further and use his expert knowledge. All made in small batches to ensure consistency and that the chilli levels are where they should be!
