The pendant has a circular cabochon garnet in a gold pomegranate mount. There are four cz’s around the edge of the pendant, which has a band of tiny ‘seeds’ held by a plain gold rim. A large tear drop of gold forms the hook for the chain.

  • To clean, wash gently in warm soapy water, rinse and pat dry.
    Care should be taken not to drop or knock the piece of jewellery as a stone may be damaged or fall out.
    Eventually, all gold vermeil will wear off and the more often it is worn the more quickly this will happen. However as this is one full micron of 18k gold vermeil, and the only place the gold touches the skin is at the back of the pendant, this should last a long time.

  • Sizing The pendant measures 22mm and the garnet is 8mm. The cz’s are 2mm.
    Both pendant and chain are made of brass with one micron of 18k gold vermeil, so the gold should last well. The reason some pieces are made of brass, not silver, is that should the vermeil begin to wear off, it will not show nearly so much on brass thus giving your pendant a long life of wear.
    The chain, which is interspersed with tiny gold balls, is 18 inches long, including a 2 inch extension and it is fastened with a lobster claw.
