Returns Policy for the Online Store
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your order, please let us know by emailing email@example.com. Items must be returned within 30 days in the same condition as purchased.
If there is a genuine fault with your purchase, Restoration Yard will refund the cost of the return. Please make us aware of this as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure this refund.
Please note that earrings and grooming products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase. Please treat them as you would with cash; they cannot be replaced if lost.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. The value of returns or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.
