It may not seem like it with the current Scottish climes, but spring is on the way! If you follow us on Instagram then you will have seen some BTS of RY's recent SS23 photoshoot. We were lucky enough to have the wonderful Sarah Thomson and Claire Stewart as our dynamic modelling duo with the oh-so-talented Ditte Solgaard Dunn behind the camera. The brief was COLOUR and Sarah's styling definitely delivered!

All things orange & blue

Orange and blue, who knew! We adore this colour combo for spring/summer 2023. We were particularly swooning over Part Two's blue yonder puffer coat worn by Claire. It is the most beautiful shade of blue and perfect for the seasonal transition.

Feeling floral (and leopard!)

Lucky us! We were treated to a masterclass in flower arranging from @thislittlehouse herself. Claire effortlessly picked the perfect bunch of RY's faux flowers to give any home a seasonal lift. And let's talk about the flower arranging attire! Leopard print has made its return in the form of Primrose Park's new season blouse and midi skirt duo and we are absolutely here for it.

Easter is in the air

Something that Restoration Yard undoubtedly brings in every corner of The Store is quirk. Sarah & Claire didn't take long to find quail ceramics delightful salt and pepper shakers - perfect for Easter tablescapes - as well as an Easter cookie or two.

The big reveal

The highlight of any bestie shopping trip has to be the fitting room fun, right? We fell in love with both of these summer-perfect dresses. Sarah wears the Cora Tiered Midi Dress from French Connection, and Claire opts for the Primrose Park Zion Dress. Both are available to shop in-store, but you better be quick.

Shopping for little ones

How can you not feel joy when surrounded by Jellycat galore. If you weren't already aware, The Store has the most enchanting collection of Jellycat plushies that will keep everyone (really, everyone!) occupied for hours. Vegetables were a particular favourite for our lovely models. Bringing an extra burst of colour was Sarah in Primrose Park's bloom dress. Claire kept it cool and casual in Selected Femme striped shirt with Mos Mosh jeans - of course.

Oooh Ahhh

Many an 'ooh' and 'ahh' were had throughout our spring fashion shoot. Sarah and Claire were particularly taken aback by Fikkerts gardeners hand scrub, perfect for springtime planting. Pair with Mos Mosh botanic dress or Part Two's new season floral blouse and you will be spring/summer ready.
