Love art in all of its forms? Well, we have an exciting announcement for you. This year the Inception Art Show returns from 4th to 14th May, with an extended ten-day programme and impressive collection of sculptors, artists, photographers and painters exhibiting within Dalkeith Palace.

New to Inception Art Show

Over 10 days art lovers will have access to 35 inspiring artists and their work with an exciting additional programme of artist-led workshops, curator & Palace tours, an online charity auction and a spectacular evening art & supper event with Richard Demarco and fellow Inception artists.

"Inception surveys the engagement of contemporary artists with themes of humanity, nature, redemption, reflection, guardianship and peace. Bringing together local and regional artists who work across varying media."

Who's exhibiting?

For its third incarnation, Inception has invited an inspirational collection of modern and contemporary artists to share their work. You will get the chance to see work from the likes of Jonathan Freemantle, Frippy Jameson, Hatti Pattison and many others for their third time exhibiting at Inception. New exhibitors include Danille McLeod, Katy Sawrey, Phoebe Cope, and other exciting new additions.

Inception Art Show is open daily from Friday 5th May to Sunday 14th May, from 10.00 to 16.00. Entrance tickets to Inception cost £3 and are now on sale. Visitor parking is a short two minute walk from Dalkeith Palace. If accessible parking is required, please contact our events team who can make alternative arrangements.
