In-Store Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card on unsuitable goods returned, unused or unworn, within 30 days (or 14 days for Sale items), together with proof of purchase. *When we re-open we will have a period of 2 weeks for Christmas returns and exchanges.*
  • Earrings, under garments, beauty items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Returns taken in Store.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase. They can be used in The Store, The Kitchen restaurant, The Larder and The Coffee Bar. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
