Wellbeing Weekend

We would love to welcome you at our Wellbeing Weekend on 19th & 20th March 2022. Restoration of wellbeing and building community is at the heart of our mission at Restoration Yard. Modern life is complicated, so we’ve created a time and space for connection, rebalancing and renewing body, mind and spirit.

A programme of Wellbeing & Fitness Classes will run across the weekend, along with Conversations in The Loft, all created to help you rest, restore and revive. You can meet the Wellbeing & Fitness team and take part in a variety of yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong and outdoor fitness classes as well as joining in the Wellbeing Conversations in The Loft.

Join us on either Saturday, Sunday or for the full weekend and enjoy immersing yourself in our Wellbeing community. We can’t wait to welcome you.

Wellbeing Weekend Tickets

Tickets cost £30 for the day and enable you to enjoy 3 Wellbeing and/or Fitness classes and unlimited Conversations in The Loft throughout the day. 

Tickets are for sale via our Wellbeing platform, MindBody. You’ll need to sign in or create a MindBody account to buy your ticket and book your classes. Once you have bought your day ticket, remember to book your place on the 3 classes you’d like to attend during the day – simply select the ‘classes’ tab and go to the date you have booked to visit. Our Conversations in The Loft do not need to be booked, but you’ll need to be a ticket holder to attend.

The Programme

Classes will take place in The Studio and it is advisable to book your place in advance. Your day ticket enables you to join as many of the Wellbeing Conversations in The Loft as you wish. The conversations are drop-in and do not need to be booked in advance.  All classes and conversations last 45 minutes and are suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility. Adaptations will be given but please contact us if you have any questions.
