Slice into the best cuts of the finest Buccleuch Beef and enjoy a steak night experience like no other, for one night only on Saturday 14th March.
Buccleuch Beef is different to what you might have experienced in the past. The first thing you will notice is the rich colour – a result of the maturing process and a sign of superior flavour. The beef is traditionally matured for 28 days, giving it the unique Buccleuch attributes of flavour, tenderness and undeniable quality.

Haggis bon bon with Arran mustard mayonnaise
Warm salad of crispy duck with Puy lentils, lime, chilli, coriander sybies and an Asian dressing
Belhaven smoked salmon with beetroot, wasabi, pink grapefruit and radish
Cauliflower and Mull Cheddar soup with chives and sourdough croutons (v)
Freekeh salad with sun-blushed tomatoes, roasted courgettes, soft herbs and sumac dressing (v, vg)
Pan-fried fillet of Hake, wilted spinach, olive crushed potatoes, Shetland mussels with lemon and chive cream sauce
227g chargrilled, dry-aged Buccleuch rib-eye or sirloin steak with Portobello mushroom, with vine tomatoes, hand-cut chips and Café de Paris butter
