Mindfulness and Wellbeing Weekend Retreat (non-residential)
We invite you to join this reinvigorating mindfulness and wellbeing weekend retreat, in the beautiful surroundings of Restoration Yard here at Dalkeith Country Park. This is a weekend to invest in yourself by unwinding and re-charging. The event will include a soothing blend of mindfulness, yoga, movement and sound healing practices to help rebalance mind & body and boost your energy. This event presents a wonderful opportunity to learn and directly experience mindfulness practices, consolidate your already established practice and deepen wisdom and understanding from which we can all learn, grow and be nourished.
The Retreat includes
- Guided mindfulness practice
- Mindful nature walks
- Yoga and Qi Gong
- Recharge the body through mindful body scan
- A range of relaxing and energising breathing exercises
- Sound healing meditation
- Various other core mindfulness meditation practices
- Healthy Snacks
Lunch is not provided but snacks, including teas and coffee’s will be provided. The Kitchen will be open for breakfast and lunch throughout the weekend, but booking is required. If you are looking for a light bite or picnic lunch, The Larder in Restoration Yard’s courtyard will also be open from 9am to 4pm.
Car parking (£3 per day) is available.
Mats, cushions and blankets will be available. Wear suitable clothing that you can relax in and bring a water bottle with you.
